Free radio or TV news streams online in the Spanish language?

I am looking for some free online Spanish news (or religious/talk show) channels to help me learn Spanish.

I am particularly interested in news from Chile, Peru & Bolivia (my sponsored child lives in Peru & I have friends who have just moved to Bolivia).

Also – please just generally point me towards any other interesting Spanish TV or radio channel (online) that you know of, eg. one that does telenovelas.

How to watch Arab language tv on-line for free?

All the websites I have found through search engines have either lost the connection to them or they have removed them while maintaining the link. Where on-line is there a link that runs 24/7 and 365? I know that Arab tv has programs in the night time, they show series or reports, so they wouldn’t have ‘black out’ hours. Where is there such a site or link?
